Super spacious room for the kids. The breakfast spread was a tasty win! Only downside? Shower pressure could definitely use a boost. we had a blast!

There’s a lift for easy access to the upper floors, which is a lifesaver for those with mobility issues. The room size can accommodate families, giving enough space for everyone to breathe.
Water leaks come from the ceiling, apparently common enough to show signs of previous damage. Hot water was non-existent when needed, and the reception lacking staff made raising issues problematic. Cleanliness was noticeably below par, as evidence pointed to dirty linen, used soap, and rubbish left behind in the shower area.

absolutley underwhelmed! the shower had no hot water, and the 'clean' bathroom was anything but. i attempted to ask the staff for help, but they were mysteriously absent. i woudl ve appreciated some kind of welcome gift for the inconvenience, but instead, just a neglected room. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, really!

Good vibes and cozy stays!
The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home! The kids loved the room with all the space to play, and we were close to everything fun in Blackpool. Breakfast had some yummy choices too! One little thing was the shower pressure could've been better, but overall, we had a great time.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. always ready to assist with any request. The location was perfect, so close to the beach and attractions. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, and the kids enjoyed the spacious room.
One area for improvement might be the shower pressure, which could definitely benefit from a boost.
